When I try logging via the facebook connect, I get this error Username and password do not match or you do not have an account yet. And after this occurs, the facebook connect button is missing for a long period of time with just the text of log in with facebook. By the way same error happens on your site as well, but the facebook connect button is still there. Looking at the overview page in the back end , the JFBconnect plugin is installed, but the status is blank. The template login and registration in the upper right of template don't work either. site url knoxvilletaekwondoacademy.com

When I tried to login, I'm brought to the Login/Register page of JFBConnect, but see a "Facebook API Error: Invalid OAuth 2.0 Access Token". When looking at the source of your page, the inclusion of the Facebook Javascript library is missing. Can you check to ensure that everything on the JFBConnect Admin Overview page is showing there are no errors. Specifically, check that the JFBConnect System Plugin is enabled and the correct version.

If that's good, let us know, because we'll have to investigate further as to what's happening, but without the library being included, things will definitely go wrong.

If you're using a site optimizer, which is meant to combine Javascript files and other things like that, please try disabling it. I don't think that's the case from looking at your code, but want to throw it out there.

Thanks!

Here is everything I have installed from the overview page. Note the JFBConnect is not checked, however it is installed and turned on. I don't know when you check it, but it seams to function fine now that I turned off the jomsocial facebook connect plugin, but if you don't mind check it to see if the problem is eliminated. I don't have any java compressing scripted on at the moment, but plan on trying it once I get everything setup. I am using Jomsoical profile types that by joomlaxi.com and on face book connect it bypassing the selection of profile types and the required field. Is there a fix for this?

I just tried to register (didn't finish the process), and everything seemed to look right for me. Strike it up to randomness or 'time heals all apps'.

As for the profile types and required fields, right now, we don't have a way to set those. Breaking out the integration for external profiles in 3.1 had the purpose of allowing us to add these types of specific features in future releases. We plan to be adding the ability to put the required fields on Login/Register form in an update to the plugin. We'll be adding a similar 'default' type for the JomSocial profile types, but will have to investigate the JoomlaXi profile types integrations.

Sorry for the inconvenience. Until then, we'd recommend you redirect the user to their JomSocial profile edit page after registration so they can edit/add the required fields.

Thanks, and good luck!
