Hi Alex, I'm getting a few more problems.
Before i changed over to Jfbconnect i was using the jomsocial facebook connect system and i could write something on my facebook status and when i logged onto my site using the facebook connect button it would drag over the status from facebook. It also worked the opposite way, when i wrote something on my site and then logged into facebook it would drag my status back across with my site link.
Now that i am using the JFBconnect it is not working????? This was one of my favourite features about the jomsocial facebook connect system so i need to get it back working.
Have i set something up wrong or missed a setting?

Currently, JFBConnect does not automatically push or pull status messages to or from Facebook. It's something we're looking into adding for the 3.1 release as we break up some of the integration features with JomSocial, CB, Kunena, and others.

Sorry for the response that you weren't looking for. It's something that we've investigated in the past, and shouldn't be hard to do, but we just haven't had many requests for it. This definitely helps push it up the priority queue.

Hi Alex,
I think this is a must. The reason i say this is because, people are a lot more active on facebook and are more likely to change there status, so when they login to my site via facebook there status gets dragged across and gets added into the activity stream. Hence it looks like there's more activity on my site.
I think it would also be a good addition to your already very good product.
Do you have a release date for 3.1?

All we'll say is November. It's in very active development now, and hopefully in the first week of November, we'll be in full testing mode.. but there's a lot of new features expected, so we can't say how long full testing may take.

We're planning to have some method of at least importing status messages to JomSocial. Not sure that we'll have the ability to push them to Facebook when someone updates from JomSocial yet.

Well better late than never! We've just released a new JFBConnect version 3.2 that allows you to import your Facebook status into JomSocial. To enable this in the backend, 1) Enable the "JFBConnect - Profiles - JomSocial" plugin from the Plugin Manager, 2) Go to Components > JFBConnect > Profile, and 3) Click on the JomSocial tab and set "Import Facebook Status" to Yes.
