Yes, Facebook has to approve all objects and actions you create. JFBConnect helps to ensure you meet all of their requirements, so you shouldn't have any problem getting them approved if you follow our guides and test as required. The approval process takes about 2-3 days, and if you run into any process getting them approved, we'll be able to help.
Right now, we don't have any way to buy just support. We're looking into an option that is a support or extension-only purchase, but don't have anything to announce on that. For now, when you re-subscribe, you'll get a 20% discount on your new purchase. So, your first subscription is $60. If you re-subscribe before that expires, the 2nd (and any more) subscriptions are ~$48.
