Hi,
I am considering installing this extension - it looks awesome.
1) But I dont understand how the subscription works - I subscribe for a year .. what do I get for that? After the year, if I don't renew, what authorities / features do I lose? and what do I get if I renew for another 12 months?

Also,
2) I want the facility to import/view photos from facebook to my webpage, and to get articles updated on my site on my facebook page.
3) Can pictures added to my site be automatically ported/viewed in facebook?

Your subscription provides access to any updates for the subscription period. We generally have about one bug-fix/compatibility release every month as Facebook makes minor changes to its system. About every 3-4 months, we have a large 'feature' release where big improvements and changes are made to JFBConnect. So, by purchasing a longer subscription, you obtain longer access to these new releases.

Additionally, priority support is provided to all active subscribers in our support forums. Should you run into issues with anything, we are very fast at providing solutions.

Once your subscription ends, you loose access to new releases, support, and the ability to run our auto-configuraiton tool that is built-in to JFBConnect. However, there are no online checks to make sure your subscription is still active, so when it expires, everything will continue to run as it did before.

2) JFBConnect doesn't currently import photos from Facebook. That's something we'd like to implement at some point, but there are privacy, storage, and speed issues to deal with, so it's not something we have any timeline on when, or if, it would be implemented.
Regarding auto-posting articles from your site to Facebook, we never recommend this. Auto postings generally cause more problems than they are worth due to early, duplicate, or erroneous postings. We always recommend using our Open Graph integration to set the title, description and image that will be used for wall posts when your articles are linked to. Then, create a status update with a link to that post. It helps create a better social context and message just for your Facebook users instead of the first line or 2 from an article, which may not really engage your social audience like it should.

3) No, we do not auto-post administrator content right now. You can create automatic posts for your users on some actions, but it takes a little bit of PHP to make it happen.

Hope that helps,
Alex
