It depends on what you're trying to do. If all your trying to do is put a Facebook profile page or something in an iFrame, JFBConnect won't fix that. I believe Facebook has policy and technical restrictions that are probably preventing you from doing an iFrame around their content. Those aren't things we can or will get around.

If you let us know what you're trying to accomplish, we may be able to help more though. There may be a way to have similar functionality using JFBConnect without having to use an iFrame to Facebook's content.
