Joomla 3.0 won't be out until late September. We're expecting to have a release available to work with that shortly after it's release. JomSocial v3.0 has no official release date. We generally support their new releases within a few days to a few weeks of availability. However, without knowing their release date, I can't state anything right now.
As always, there is only one subscription to JFBConnect required that will work for any version of Joomla we support, so you wouldn't need a new subscription for v3.0 of either if you were to get a subscription now.
