I like the idea of a Facebook log-in, but will this replace my Easy Blog comments or change my comments in any way? Thanks for your help.

You can continue using Easy Blog comments or choose to use JFBConnect's comments. There may be a minor change in Easy Blog to disable the Facebook Javascript library, since we already include it. We have many users that use both JFBConnect and EasyBlog together right now. We also are (hoping) to add more integration between the two later this year (no guarantees).
