Sent you an e-mail about this yesterday.

I want to renew my SocialBundle6 for another 6 months but the 20% discount was not being applied in the PayPal checkout stage (checked today and yesterday). Could you look into this. I only have a few hours left on my subscription now.

I just replied to your email as well, but I'll quote post it here as well for others:
Sorry for the confusion. Currently, our Social Bundle package doesn't have the 20% discount for renewals (just the automatic 10% discount). We're planning to implement the additional 10% off soon though.

If the Social Bundle was what you were looking to purchase, we can refund an extra $10 after the purchase is made if you use PayPal. If you're looking just to purchase the JFBConnect or JLinked extension, the discount should be applied automatically.

Finally, I just extended your subscription to the 10th of July (vs the 5th), so you have time to make a decision either way.

Hi Alzander,

I was looking for the discount to be applied because i received an e-mail (I've included this at the end of this post). 7 days before the subscription was due to expire.
I'll renew now and would appreciate the $10 refund. I'll be using the paypal function but only for the credit card feature.

To renew, simply log in to your account at www.sourcecoast.com and re-purchase the extension with either 6 or 12 months of support. Your 20% savings will be applied automatically at checkout.

You may continue to use the extension without any restrictions after your subscription period has expired, but you will not have access to the newest versions, extension updates and prioritized support that comes along with a renewal.
