Well I did it last year and I've gone and done it again, I missed my renewal date to be able to get my ongoing subscription discount. I've only just realised it's expired when I went to one of my site sand it won't update of course.
I know its' being cheeky but any chance you could reset me so I get my renewal discount please? this is my 3rd year so I'm a repeat customer

I just pushed back your subscription date until the 23rd (2 days from now). Hope that helps, and hope you enjoy v4.2.3, which is a minor bug-fix release, but still recommended for everyone.

As for the upgrades, you found a bug with our system. Upgrades on top of upgrades weren't getting the discount. It's been fixed now. Sorry for the trouble, and thanks for notifying us of the issue!
May I also suggest you add the tapatalk plugin to the forum. It's free and it makes access to the board much smoother while people are away from their machines. I use it on all my forums and it works very well, gives you a bit more public exposure to, any advertising is good advertising
