No. Doing that is a violation of Facebook's Terms of Service. While it is possible to add features like that, we never will (unless Facebook allows it). Sites that do that to their content run the risk of having their applications removed/revoked from Facebook. While revoking isn't common, what is common is that the Like's that are generated are all marked as spam by the user clicking "Like". This has the effect of:
* Making it so fewer (or none) of the Like clicks actually show in the users wall and are never seen by their friends
* The Like button itself turns into a 3-step process where after clicked, the user then sees a "Confirm?" link, which they need to click again and then another popup with the Like message that will be posted that they have to click "Post to Wall". This makes the # of Likes received drop and is a terrible user experience.
So, in general, Facebook has multiple ways of dealing with violating their Terms of Service, and your site will be punished pretty quickly for doing it, one way or the other.
Hope that explains and is a good guide why not to do that even with your own WP sites.
Thanks,
Alex
