Hello, I couldn't quite understand the 6 & 12 months subscription plan..what does it mean? It says I can continue using it after the end of subscription so why should I choose a 12 months which is more expensive rather than go with the 6 months since i can use it forever. Is the the support that has a time period? not the product itself..right?

Second question is whether your extension is compatible with Hika shop? Thanks in advance and please send me the answer to This email address is being protected from spambots. Zamian,
Sorry for the confusion. We're actually in the process of revamping a lot of our promo material to make it clearer what is (and isn't) included in a subscription. Hopefully, the below will answer your questions.

The subscription periods include:
  • Downloads for any new releases during that period
  • Access to all advanced configuration and setup documentation
  • Support in the forums for any issues you have
  • Access to the remote auto-configuration tool (Autotune) that will be built into the next version of JFBConnect, coming out on Wednesday
When you're subscription expires, the version of JFBConnect you have on your site will continue to operate just as normal. We have no expiration or built-in 'timebombs' that will stop JFBConnect from working. However, you won't have access to any of the above features, including the auto-configuration tool which can check for common issues and keep things running smoothly in case Facebook changes something, which happens periodically.

Regarding Hika Shop, JFBConnect creates 100% standard Joomla users that other extensions will see and treat just like normal. We don't have a profile plugin to automatically import profile information into Hika shop, but any users that register through Facebook will behave just like any other user that registers through Joomla.

Hope that helps explain,
Alex
