I see you already subscribed (thank you!). Hopefully you've already found your answer and got things setup, but if not, the quick answer is 'yes', it can add those social features to each article. JFBConnect has automatic integration with K2 and can add those without even needing to add the tags to the template or articles themselves, but the tags do allow more flexibility if you need the social features in a location other than top or bottom (the most common).
