migrating from jfbconnect j1.5 to j2.5

Aaron,
If you're doing a real migration where you've simply upgraded your existing site to Joomla 2.5, leaving the tables from the Joomla 1.5 site intact, there isn't anything to do. Simply install the new version of JFBConnect for Joomla 2.5 and your configuration will automatically be detected and used for the new site.

I've never used jUpgrade, so I don't know what it does about tables that it's not built to migrate. However, yes, you simply need to get the tables jos_jfbconnect_xyz tables from the old site into the database for the new site with the proper prefix. Once there, you can simply install the 2.5 version of JFBConnect and it will recognize the data immediately.
