form can be found at the bottom of any page of our site. You can see what we request. After submitted, refunds are usually processed within a few days. You must uninstall JFBConnect from your site to obtain a refund and you are only able to obtain a refund one time.
Subscriptions are for 6 months. After you subscribe, you'll be eligible for 30% discounts on future subscriptions if you keep your subscription up to date.
We don't have a demo site of JFBConnect other than this site. There are many, many sites using JFBConnect along with EasySocial though and we have a lot of documentation about how to setup JFBConnect by itself and with other extensions. For our documentation page, please see:
