No, that's not possible. If it's registered content, then the user would need to be logged in somehow to view the page on your site. That's a Joomla restriction, not a Facebook one. There's no way to setup the Facebook Page to log the user into some account on your site.

If the user is already logged in, or you want them to be able to login in the Page Tab view, you can do that. In the Page Tab configuration of JFBConnect, set the URL to a login page on your site and then set the redirect for that login area to the ticket system you want to use.

Yes, that sounds right. Just make sure to have Automatic Registration enabled in JFBConnect for "JFBConnect could automatically create an account for them" and set the 'New User Redirection' and 'Returning User Redirection' in JFBConnect for the redirection.
