JFBConnect v7, due out in April, will have automated posting of content to Facebook Profiles, Groups or Pages, Twitter Streams and/or LinkedIn Company Profiles. That will work with our Channels feature where you (the admin) setup the social channels you want content to automatically post to as it's created.
The Channels feature is meant to push content to your own site's channels though, not each individual user's own page, profile, stream, etc. For pushing content to the user's own feed, we support Open Graph Actions, which can push actions a user takes on your site, like uploading a photo, to their Facebook Timeline. We don't support personal posting outside of Facebook right now, but it's something we hope to implement in a future release.
As for EasySocial, we plan to add a lot more support for posting content back to social networks to the immediate releases right after JFBConnect v7.0 is launched. Due to some technical issues, it won't be in the initial 7.0.0 release though.
