Hi, I purchased JFBConnect on June 14, 2014 and my subscription has expired at the end of 2014. Buying a new version can I use it with all functions on 4 sites, having only to support for one, or if I buy only one version certain features are disabled for sites that do not have the purchased license?

Thank you
Best regards

Francesco

Yes, you will be able to use it on all of your sites with no restrictions on functionality or support. There wouldn't be any functionality that wouldn't work on one site versus another. However, if you are a developer/contractor, we do ask that you (or your client) obtain a new subscription for each of your clients and their websites. It sounds like these are your own sites, though, so that is not necessary.

Hi, thanks for your answer,

I'm not sure I understood your License Agreement, could you please give me the link to the page, I was not able to find it.

Thank you, best regards

We don't have a specific License Agreement page. All the information about our subscriptions is on our sales page:
www.sourcecoast.com/index.php?option=com...fbconnect&view=level

I'd recommend reading the top blurb and the Frequently Asked Questions section at the bottom.

I hope that helps,
Alex

Thank you,

so I think I have to buy one more license (full price) because I didn't renew mine 2 months ago.
Then I will buy 2 more new licenses for 2 of my customers.

1) Should I buy 3 times, is it correct?
2) May I buy for my customers? I mean using my datas for your invoice?

Thank you, best regards
Francesco

Francesco,
Yes, you can purchase multiple subscriptions from the same account. The caveat with that is right now, we only issue one subscriber ID per user, so each of your clients would use the same subscriber ID.

Other options are:
* Have your clients purchase directly from us and send you the subscriber ID. This is beneficial as the user pays directly. You can also use our Affiliate Program to get a 20% commission back on the referral.
* Create separate accounts on our site for each client. Then, contact us before the purchase and we can get make it so a subscription on those accounts are at 30% off (the renewal rate)
* Create separate accounts on our site for each client. Then, contact us *after* you purchase and we can refund the 30% back to whatever payment method you chose.

I hope that helps explain. An improved system for managing multiple subscriptions is something we're working on, but it won't be implemented for quite some time.

Thanks,
Alex
