JFBConnect integrates with 3rd party components to populate the LinkedIn profile data into these systems. We don't import the data into a separate SQL table, but instead into the supported extensions' tables. When you enable one of our Social Profiles plugins, you can specify in the JFBConnect > Profiles area which social network fields are mapped to the profile extension. All of the fields that you mentioned are available for LinkedIn - skills and education with those names, endorsements will be named "Recommendations", job history will be named "Past Positions".
