No, we don't. We had a $10 off discount that ran throughout the entire month of January. We were doing it as a test for that pricing level, but we didn't like the results. In general, we had the same amount of sales, more support and less revenue.
In general, we don't run coupons or discounts often. The previous one discount we ran was in November 2013 (1.5 years ago) and don't have any planned in the future. The best discount is the one we always run for 30% off all renewals of JFBConnect for users with an active subscription. It's a great way to stay up to date with JFBConnect and it also keeps support costs lower, which is why we can pass along the discount.
