Missing fields from customdb profile was created by fb_100000157901698

Why did you remove fields like "Current Country", "Current City" and "Current Country" (and it's equivalents to the Hometown fields) from Facebook's Basic Info?

Does Facebook force us to get the comma separated "{city}, {state}, {country}" location field and nothing more?

Yes, Facebook recently changed how this data is given. It is now returned by a Page object, which gives city, state, country values as one string now. There's nothing we can do about this.
