the subscription expired as i no longer need to update as we will stick with the v5 for now

however i have just had to change the site from a subdomain to the main domain and im getting

Your Subscriber ID was not associated with an active JFBConnect subscription.

surely one does not have to have an active subscription just to change domains ?

thanks

Sorry for the delayed response. You do need an active subscription to run the Autotune configuration tool. However, you can make the changes you need to your domain settings by accessing the Facebook Developer Area and updating any settings in there as necessary for your new domain.

Also, please note that the v5.x release doesn't support many of the changes that Facebook has introduced recently and will no longer work at all for authentication on April 30, 2015. For more information on the changes, please see our Facebook Graph API v2 changes blog post.

I hope that helps, but if you need anything else, just let me know.

Alex
