How to remove User Profile fields on login/Register form?

In the JFBConnect -> Profiles area, set the "Show Profile Fields" setting to "None". That should get rid of the fields for you.

Alternatively, if you're don't want to use the User - Profile plugin, which is adding those fields, you can disable it altogether.
