Thanks for your patience. I just accessed the admin area on your site and made the following changes:
Read action
* Changed the "Action" to "news.reads" which is the correct built-in action for reading content.
* Changed the "Action Type" to "On Page Load" with a timer of "15" seconds.
K2 Object
* Changed the "Type" from "Article" to "article". I'm honestly not sure if this matters, but I was there and did it.
Then, I went to the JFBConnect -> Configuration area and turned on the "Enable Debug Mode" setting.
Now, when I go to a news article in the front-end, the following error shows up in a blue box:
The action type news:Read does not exist or is not approved, so app 628131083902269 can only publish to administrators, developers, and testers of the app. User 1251253607 is not one of those roles.
I'm not currently a developer of your Application. Can you go to the developer area and add my ID (1251253607) to the Developers section?
You can also test, since you are an admin, to see if that works.
Once the blue box shows that the action was submitted properly, you're set. At that point, you'll need to submit your action to Facebook for approval so that non-developers of your app can also trigger the action.
Please let me know what happens when you try 'read' an article with the Debug Mode setting on (in case there's an error) and we can investigate further.
Thanks,
Alex
