Facebook > Auto Login Facebook Users issue

I'm sorry for the delay in responding to this. We can't recreate the issue you detailed above and haven't heard of this issue from any other users. The last point that no one else is reporting it helps narrow things down a little as there may be something different in the configuration with your site that we'd need to explore to understand further.

As for my testing, here are the exact steps I just took using Chrome on a Mac:
Configuration:
* Auto-registration - Yes
* Auto-login of Facebook - Yes
* Logout of Joomla Only - Yes

Steps:
* Registered a new user with Facebook
* Logout
* Registered a new user with Google+
* Logout
* Waited 15 minutes - This was the session timeout in Joomla. By waiting 15 minutes, that let the Joomla cookies expire. I remained logged into Facebook.
* I refreshed the page.
* At this point I was auto-logged in with Facebook
* Logout
* Click the Google+ login button.

At that point, I was successfully logged back into Joomla with my G+ account. That account was not linked to the Joomla/Facebook account. They were both separate accounts at this point.

Can you tell me if those steps sounds like what you're doing and/or even try them as I noted above to let me know if it does or doesn't work for you?

The only other thing I can ask is if your email addresses for Facebook and Google are the same? If so, that could be automatically associating the accounts if the "Automatically Link Users by Email" setting is enabled.
