For the "Basic Errors Found" message, that means one of the following:
1) You haven't set a Facebook App ID
2) You haven't set a Facebook Secret Key
3) You haven't set your SourceCoast Subscriber ID. This can be found in the My Downloads, My Subscriptions or My Profile area from the My Account button in the top right.
Those values aren't even checked for if they are valid until later, they just all need to be present. Hopefully that helps narrow down the issue, but if you still have problems, just let us know.
