How to change default 'post to facebook' in comments?

That option is decided by Facebook. We have no control over that checkbox. They use their own automated selection for whether that button is checked based on past user preferences for whether they usually share back to Facebook, whether users on the current page generally share the post back to Facebook, and multiple other cues.
