Hi - I am having a problem registering new users with JFBC 6.0.1

Please try to create a test account on my testing server here: evm349.sgvps.net/~profr192/entrusters/

Account linking where an email already exists in Joomla user table seems to work ok. It is just the creation of new accounts that fails.

The facebook login pop up appears, I input facebook credentials, but the pop just goes blank and no further loading happens. I AM logged in to facebook, but no new user is registered on the site.

I have completed autotune and everything appears to be correct. I have submitted temporary admin details for the site using your contact form.

Can you go to the Facebook Developer area , click into your app and go to the Status & Review section. Make sure the big setting at the top for:

Do you want to make this app and all its live features available to the general public?

is enabled.

If that doesn't fix the issue, let me know.

Awesome! Glad to hear that worked. We've had a few users report that issue, but haven't had anyone confirm that the solution above worked.. we've been assuming it had since we hadn't heard from them again, but glad to get some closure on it.
