Hi,

I need your help!

I have a problem while setting up JFBConnect - AutoTune. I got following error on the next screen after click save:

- Error
Your Subscriber ID was not associated with an active JFBConnect subscription.

- Message
Could not fetch application and recommendation data from SourceCoast.com. Cached values were loaded, but may be out of date.
It's highly recommended that you make a successful connection to get the most up to date application data and recommendations.

-Warning: Invalid argument supplied for foreach() in /mysiteURL/administrator/components/com_jfbconnect/models/autotune.php on line 536

I just purchased the product, and I am sure my subscribers' ID is not expired. I have also followed the instruction to obtain the Facebook App ID and Secret Key.
However, when I filled up the Facebook App ID Forms, and Subscriber ID, I got the error in the next screen.

You're not using your SourceCoast Subscriber ID. That is likely your invoice ID you're using, which is different. Please go to the My Account, My Subscriptions or My Download areas from the "My Account" menu in the top right.

On any of those pages, you'll find your SourceCoast Subscriber ID which is a string of letters and numbers about 20 characters long.
