Enable "user logged in post to Facebook" functionality

That functionality was removed from JFBConnect a long time ago. Facebook updated their terms of service policies to no longer allow posting to a user's Timeline whenever they login to your site. Instead, they replaced that ability with Open Graph Actions, which we do support. Actions allow you to post higher quality interactions (like uploading a photo, joining a group, voting for an article, leaving a review, etc) to a user's Timeline.
