Problem with the loaded images from my site to fb

I'm honestly not sure what you mean by the following:

I don't know why, sometimes fbload well the images and sometimes not. That never happens to me in G+ for example.

Can you explain what is or isn't loading and where? If there's an example page you can show me with a broken image or something, that would help.

Also I was trying to find a manual or something like that from your products. Is there something more than the online help or this forum?

We don't have a downloadable PDF, if that's what you mean. In the past, we've tried to have a print-out manual. Unfortunately, that turns out to be a disaster as the social networks we integrate with are constantly changing. That means our documentation is as well. It's rare that *all* of our documentation is completely up-to-date with new pictures of admin areas in Facebook and other places, but we're always making minor documentation changes on a weekly (if not sometimes, daily) basis.
