in comments I get this error:
Warning: url could not be reached

This means that either:
a) Your site is offline and can't be reached by Facebook. Please put your site Online. Then, see below:
b) Your site is new to Facebook and they haven't scanned the pages on your site. In this case, the error should go away in a few days.

Error: Could not fetch page. Server returned:
Error Code: 303 - Page Moved. A redirect was found on your home page. The Error Checker cannot follow redirects.

If you're site is Offline, that's the cause. Otherwise, it could be that you have a language manager installed or some other extension that's redirecting from the home page to something else (like site.com to site.com/home-page). That's not a real error, but something the Autotune tool won't work with.

In both of the cases above, if you let me know the URL of your site, we can test and investigate further.

Thanks,
Alex

When I go to that page, I see the following text:

Adgang nægtet
You've got to ask yourself one question: Do I feel lucky?
Hvis du ser denne besked, er noget gået galt.
Oftest er det fordi du har stavet dit brugernavn eller kodeord forkert.
Når dit brugernavn eller kodeord ikke stemmer, så aktiveres vores sikkerheds system imod hackere.
....

I don't know what that is, but it seems like I'm blocked.

My guess is that Facebook is being blocked somehow too. Can you check whatever it is that's showing that message and disable it. Then, try again.

I hope that helps,
Alex

We're in the US. Facebook is everywhere. You'll want to make sure the following user agent is always allowed through:

facebookexternalhit/1.1

I hope that helps,
Alex

With the block removed, are you still having any of the issues above? If not, then we can leave this topic and focus on your other one.

Thanks,
Alex

As mentioned, Facebook scans your pages and caches the results. It may take a few days for Facebook to properly access your site. You can try running your page through their Facebook URL Debug tool:
developers.facebook.com/tools/debug

That will test the page and should update their cache immediately as well.

I hope that helps,
Alex
