When commenting to an article I can remember that this was an automatisation with facebook. After Updates to Joomla 3.2.1 and JFBC 5.2.2 I tried to comment to an article. Sometimes it seems that the plugin not refresh and after reloading the site the comment is shown. Normally it goes on the fly, guess I wright? The other important thing with the commenting system is the chechbox to publish to facebook. After writing a comment to an article I get the following message below the comments field : Dieser Kommentar wurde noch nicht auf Facebook veröffentlicht. Publish Comment (Translate: This comment have not been published to facebook yet - Publish Comment) Then I have to click the Publish Comment Link. After this a facebook window opens and ask me again to publish the comment. If I remember right, in the past the comment was published automatic to facebook by clicking the checkbox.

Working Site: Stockschützenverein Bad Deutsch Altenburg Hainburg

Did I made something wrong in the settings? Need help from the support.
Thanks, Karl

Karl,
It sounds like your site has been flagged by Facebook for extra checks to make sure a user really wants to make a post. This is something Facebook can temporarily do if it detects spammy comments on your site or too many posts are made and then hidden, deleted, or marked as spam in a user's Timeline.

The only way to clear that up is to wait it out. If you start getting some good, legitimate comments that users aren't deleting or hiding from their Timelines, Facebook will eventually detect that your site isn't doing bad things and remove the extra checks that are in place.

Unfortunately, there's nothing we can do in JFBConnect to work around their automated tools to flag content. It's something that would need to be directed to Facebook to have them clear up, if it doesn't do so on it's own.

Obviously, if you are testing things, don't create a lot of 'test' comments and then hide/delete them from your Timeline, or that will just continue the issue.

I hope that helps explain,
Alex

Hi Alzander,
you´re right.I testest the website for different things. I have also installed socialbacklinks from joomunited. After more configuration settings I tested the scripts and deleted this post becauseof the fact the website of our club is already in production.
Ok, as I know now from you I didn´t make wrong settings just deleted to much from the post I wrote for testing :-)
Is htere a way to get in contact with facebook to clear that fact that these posts was just written for testing some integration with facebook?

Thank you,
Karl

Glad we could help explain. As far as contacting Facebook, there really isn't much of a way to do that (that I'd recommend). Their systems are completely automated to detect, and unrestrict, these types of things.

The best I'd recommend is simply waiting about 5-10 days and it (should) clear itself up. During the way, make sure you (and your friends) Like a few pages and leave some comments (and don't delete them). It will be a little extra effort to go through the extra click hoops. By doing that though, you're showing their systems that your sharing is intentional and not coerced.

After that, if you're still restricted, you can submit a bug report to Facebook on the page below:
developers.facebook.com/x/bugs/trending/
It's not technically a bug, but may get their attention. There isn't an easy "Contact Us" form you could use though.

I hope that helps,
Alex
