Hello,
my web hosting uses SNI (Server Name Indication), the certificate is valid, facebook accept it too,
but autotune return the message: "A valid SSL certificate was not detected on your server."
So it is not possible to setup the Canvas and Page Tab for fb using autotune.

Is there any possibility to accept the SSL using SNI for autotune?

First off, I apologize for the delay and inconvenience. We are looking to add SNI support to our autotune tool, but it's just not available as an option right now.

However, I've gone ahead and updated our tool to ignore the SSL check for your domain and return values as though SSL is enabled regardless. This should get you going. Let us know if it still reports SSL as missing, or you run into any other issues though.

Thanks,
Alex

Thank you for the workaround.
It is working now, no missing SSL is reported.

Maria

No problem for the help. Autotune isn't meant to get in the way, like it did for you. We just try to make sure it provides the best suggestions for every site that it's used on.. in your case, we encountered a hiccup, but I'm glad we could work around it.

I hope you don't run into anything else, but of course if you do, you know where to find us. We'd love any feedback, comments or suggestions you may have for general improvements as well.

Finally, if you haven't already, please consider leaving a rating and review for JFBConnect, or our support, on the Joomla Extension Directory. It certainly isn't required, but is very appreciated:

Thanks, and good luck,
