Ricardo,
Can you help explain a bit more about what's going wrong when you're trying to get past the Basic Configuration stage? At that point, you should have entered your Facebook API/Secret keys and your SourceCoast Subscriber Id. The Google+ and Twitter keys aren't necessary at that point if you haven't edited them.

Please let us know the issue, and we'll gladly help investigate. An error message or any pictures of what you're seeing will be very helpful to narrow things down.

Thanks,
Alex

Ricardo,
I just noticed you also posted in this thread . In general, please try to post only in one place. Also, after you upload images, you have to click the green arrow to actually insert them into a post to display.

With that said, I was able to find and look at your attachments. The issue is almost surely that you're using Joomla 3.0.3. That version is very buggy and hasn't been supported by Joomla itself in over a year. The latest releases are Joomla 3.1.6 and Joomla 3.2.0. JFBConnect has been tested extensively with Joomla 3.1.x and 3.2.0, and you shouldn't have problems with either of those releases.

All I can suggest for now is to upgrade your Joomla version. Upgrading from Joomla 3.0.x to the latest should be an easy process and will likely fix the issue above, and other issues you'd surely encounter with other extensions.

I hope that helps, but if you upgrade and still have problems, just let me know.

Thanks,
Alex

One last thing. The Autotune step that isn't fully loading is likely encountering a PHP error. That's why most of the page is white.

You can also try setting the "Error Reporting" setting in the Joomla Global Configuration area to "Maximum". That may show a better error message on that page that will help diagnose things. My guess, again, is that any error message will indicate that your Joomla version has a bug that is conflicting with what JFBConnect requires.

Thanks,
Alex
