Hi,
I am using JFBConnect 5.2.1 and Joomla 3.2 and I have the following problems:
1) If I set Jomsocial as registration component, the social registration doesn't work: the fields are not set automatically and the password is not created.
2) If I set JFBConnect as registration component is ok but having multi profiles I need to show the description of the profiles. Can you tell me how to show these during the registration?
3) The FB cover is not token.
4) JFBConnect doesn't work with Jomsocial multilanguages custom profile, I have to do something in particular?
Thanks and sorry for my English.

1) If I set Jomsocial as registration component, the social registration doesn't work: the fields are not set automatically and the password is not created.

Do you have Automatic Registration enabled? In that case, the registration component is skipped for Facebook and Google registrations, since the user's email address can be fetched automatically. For Twitter, the user will go through the JomSocial registration process.

When using the JomSocial registration component, fields should be pre-populated when displayed to the user. There are some fields we can't pre-populate though, like 'password' as those are starred out fields, and browsers won't allow those to be pre-populated.

2) If I set JFBConnect as registration component is ok but having multi profiles I need to show the description of the profiles. Can you tell me how to show these during the registration?

I'm sure we can help you do this. However, if you'd prefer to use the JomSocial registration path, lets get that working instead.

3) The FB cover is not token.

This is likely an issue with our JomSocial profile plugin that will be fixed in the v5.2.2 release, due out later this week. There's an issue with how we save files to the Joomla temp directory that affects a few sites.

JFBConnect doesn't work with Jomsocial multilanguages custom profile, I have to do something in particular?

Is that a separate add-on for JomSocial, or something built-in? We haven't tested with that before. Can you explain how you've set that up and what, specifically, isn't working?

Thanks,
Alex

No, I have not automatic registration enabled. I attach a screenshot about my settings
File Attachment:

If I enabled Jomsocial as registration component the fields should not be pre-populated, only username is generated.

Ok, I will wait for the next release.

I followed the instructions on Jomsocial guide but during the registration the custom are not translated but they are shown as "new user redirection" in attached image.

Thanks,
Alex
