Facebook plugin for K2 cut off

- if layout = standard (like and share) is selected after the first view via the share button (as it would look on the facebook page) the button disappears

I'm unsure what you're saying here. If you click the Share button then it disappears?

- other layouts for social button like and share give wrong values, not displayed in full (cut off)

The width for the Like button container is currently 150px, which is too small for what's needed. In the JFBConnect -> Sharing area in the admin section, there is an option to specify the width for the Like button. Please set that to around 300 (or more).

- update to version JFBConnect v9 reports an error during installation (0 Class 'Joomla \ CMS \ Filesystem \ Stream' not found)

Joomla 3.8.1 is over 4 years old. The latest version of JFBConnect only supports Joomla 3.9 and higher. Joomla 3.9 was released in late 2018 and has some additional features JFBConnect relies on. On top of that, there have been numerous bug and security fixes in 3.9 that are worth upgrading to as well.

Usually, upgrading Joomla is a few clicks by using the "Joomla Update" component in the admin area. Of course, we recommend creating a backup of your site first to prevent any unexpected issues from cropping up.

Would you be able to send us administrator credentials so we can look at your settings and test some options closer? I'm confused why the width setting isn't working properly and am not sure how you have the Like button and Share button configured.
