Extension not working at all!
My subscription is not found.

I'm now attemting to add Like button via module.
I get this message
JFBConnect not enabled. Please enable.

I believe I've done everything correct... please help

That error message is shown when the JFBCSystem plugin or the extension is not enabled. Check your plugins first. I would suggest reviewing our initial Configuration Guide to see if there are any steps that you have missed. Of course, if you have any questions, please let us know and we'll gladly help.

Got it installed.

I just successfully created the Facebook App called Pickleball 360 Connect following your instructions.

I now see a message that states my Pickleball 360 Connect will no longer be available after December 31 because it runs on Adobe Flash.

See screenshot

It states ... Update Pickleball 360 Connect to HTML5.

How do I update the app to HTML5 ?

Adobe is ending support for Flash after December 31 and Facebook will no longer be able to host Pickleball 360 Connect. Before the end of the year you can choose to
Update Pickleball 360 Connect to HTML5.
Direct players to other games or another Page.

There was no attachment in the message. To insert an image into a post, open up the attachments view and hit the green arrow.

I believe though, that what you're looking for is in the Facebook Developer Area . Click into your application and go to Settings -> Basic. Set the "Redirect to App/Page" option to 'No' and hopefully that message will go away. If not, post the image you uploaded and, if you know, let us know if the error is about your Application or your Page (I'm assuming Application).

I believe the option is only available if you're in the Games category. Then it is in the "Facebook Web Games" section.

Sorry for my confusion but I have no games...

I created app her... where is game section so I can uncheck game.

I have no Flash and created no game... thanks for hall your help.

In Settings-> Basic, can you scroll down quite a ways further on the page? Even if your category is something else, some Apps have a "Facebook Web Games" section which will have the settings I reference. If you have that section, you can simply hit the 'x' in the top right next to "Facebook Web Games" and remove that section entirely.

If not, then this may simply be a bug on Facebook's part. Your app/page won't die on 1/1, but hopefully the message will go away. Either way, we'll gladly help investigate further however necessary.

One last question.

I have two Joomla installations at same domain as follows.
pickleball360.com/ .... JFBC setup here now
pickleball360.com/community/

Can I create a separate Facebook app and enable your extension without any conflicts or unintended errors in the /community installation?
