The share-button appears on older items, but not the latest one, created today. I tried to create several items, but with the same result. Can I get some help?

Here is a link to today's item, without the button. The attachment shows where the button is supposed to be (underneath the title as well as at the bottom of the item)

I'm seeing both the like and share button on that page at the bottom of the article (under a picture that says "Trenger du en hage?" I mention the exact position as the page looks a little different than your image, but using the link you provided.

I was using the Chrome browser. I tried while logged into Facebook.com (not your site) and while logged out. In all cases, the Share button showed.

Can you test further and let us know any more details you can about how you're testing (browser, mobile or desktop or tablet, logged in, etc)?

We'll gladly test and investigate however we can.

Thanks for the reply. The Like and Share buttons you are referring to are in another module, underneath the item. I was talking about a Share button that appears both at the top and at the bottom of the item. The picture I attached yesterday shows the one at the top.

I remember a setting in Joomla where you can choose "Top and Bottom" to show certain buttons. Do you know which setting I am talking about? I can't find it.

Anyway, the buttons are showing again today on this particular item, strangely. But it would still be useful to know why they disappeared... might happen again.

If you're using the content plugin to show the share buttons, go into JFBConnect backend > Social > Content Plugin - Like tab. The "Show in Article View", "Show In Category View", etc will set the position that the shares are displayed in (Top, Bottom, Both, After Title). It sounds like you have "Both" selected. One thing I would try is a different position like Top to see if there is different behavior.
