I didn’t find out if there is a setting for specifying a default image for the main page of the website.

Now, the tag [og:image] is not displayed on the main page of my website, so my social media website card is without an image. Will there be such a setting in the next version of the component?

In the JFBConnect backend > Social Meta > Configuration area, you can set a default image in the Defaults setting. The format would be:
image=FULL/PATH/TO/IMAGE.png
