Dear Support,

I have installed JFB connect and gone through testing. The button (facebook, instagram, google+ and twitter) worked at the beginning but then later they do not. Could you please ind out what is wrong?
I suspect that the testing result as shown on this printed screen image below might have connection with it.

Thank you.

Can you explain what is, or isn't, working? Are you getting any error messages or are there any other details you provide?

I just tried to go to your site but I don't see the social login buttons anywhere on the home page, just an easysocial login page.

Thanks,
Alex

I have gone through installation and configuration as the JBF connect suggested. The problem are:

First, the buttons work well and smoothly bring user's to login automatically. But new users registration have not been that smooth. They still directed to a page where they have to type email and user name. Aren't that button supposed to function as autimatic registration using email account?

Second, how can the approval from moderator be autimatic or skipped so new user can directly log into the application after hitting any of the buttons?

Please advise. Thank you.

It depends. Normally, JFBConnect can import the user's email address from Facebook or other social networks into your system. However, there are some times when they will be redirected to the page you mention to enter their own name and email address:
* There already is an account on your site with that email address and you have the "Automatically Link Users by Email" setting as "No". In this case, the user will need to setup a new email address for their new Joomla account. If you change that setting to 'Yes', then the social account they are logging in with will automatically be connected to the existing Joomla account with the same email address.
* The social network isn't providing the user's email address. Some social networks don't provide the email address, either because the user didn't provide it (signed up with a phone number) or they have restricted their privacy settings to not provide an email address.

Second, how can the approval from moderator be autimatic or skipped so new user can directly log into the application after hitting any of the buttons?

Change the "Skip Joomla User Activation" setting in the JFBConnect area to 'Yes'. That will automatically approve users who register with a social network.

Thanks,
Alex
