I have seen this bug 2 years ago but didn't give any attention.

It is possible for non-registered users to erase likes in articles using a script! I Use JCE Editor 2.6.16 and JReviews v2.7.18.4 and look here.

11/9: All likes are ok: www.gameworld.gr/component/content/artic...05-19-05-48-06/29371
9/8/17: All ok: www.gameworld.gr/component/content/article/181-rpg/28974
19/5/17: Likes ok: www.gameworld.gr/component/content/artic...05-19-05-44-56/28901

12/9: Someone erased likes (note: I changed the title, not the alias): www.gameworld.gr/component/content/article/181-rpg/29395
16/8/17: Again someone erased likes here: www.gameworld.gr/component/content/article/182-sports/29050
3/3/17: Someone erases liked: www.gameworld.gr/component/content/artic...-the-wild/#fieldsTab

Note: After upgrading to Joomla v3.7 I can't find the banner component but I can access it by typing the index.php?option=com_banners through backend.

Also I try the same with index.php?option=com_jfbconnect . Is that URL correct? Because I see this:

An error has occurred.
404 Component not found.
Call stack
# Function Location
1 () JROOT/libraries/cms/component/helper.php:354
2 JComponentHelper::renderComponent() JROOT/libraries/cms/application/administrator.php:98
3 JApplicationAdministrator->dispatch() JROOT/libraries/cms/application/administrator.php:156
4 JApplicationAdministrator->doExecute() JROOT/libraries/cms/application/cms.php:265
5 JApplicationCms->execute() JROOT/administrator/index.php:51

I really can't figure out whether I have it installed or not. JFB Connect appears in the plugins, but it doesn't show up in the Components menu.

My users can use Facebook connect properly and Login to the site.
So any ideas?

The Like count is completely controlled by Facebook. There's no API in Facebook that allows one user to remove the Likes from another user or to remove all the Likes from a page. Since Facebook doesn't have a method to do that, JFBConnect couldn't be doing it either.

As for the Joomla Banner component or the JFBConnect admin area, I'm unsure why you can't access those. It sounds like there was an issue during the upgrade. The only thing I've found that could be loosely related is this post:
github.com/joomla/joomla-cms/issues/15719

I hope that helps. Also, I'm unsure what version of JFBConnect you're using, but your subscription expired a while ago. Even if you get the admin section of JFBConnect to work again, there have been many, many updates over the last 2 years that would be necessary for good Facebook or other social network integration. I'd recommend upgrading whenever possible to make sure you don't run into any other issues.

Thanks,
Alex

If I pay the subscription here, will you be able to upgrade it for me?

Because I did upgrade from Joomla v2 latest to Joomla v3.7 latest so Iam afraid of any issues.

We don't perform upgrades. However, you shouldn't have any issue installing JFBConnect. Our install package will detect what version of JFBConnect you had and automatically update anything necessary.

We always recommend taking backups first, of course, but it's exceptionally rare that something goes wrong and restore from backup is ever needed.

Of course, if you run into issues, just let us know and we'd gladly help however we can.

Thanks,
Alex

Which folders do I have to backup?
/components/com_jfbconnect
/administrator/com_jfbconnect

Are those ok?

Keep in mind that you'll want to back up any themes or template overrides that you've created for JFBConnect/SCLogin. I don't know what else you've customized for your site. Generally, we recommend just doing a backup of your full site and database tables. Using an extension like Akeeba Backup makes this pretty easy.
