Yes, you should be able to delete those scprofile_ images in the tmp directory. The scprofile_* pictures are the temporary profile images imported from the social network. Depending on which Social Profiles plugins, that image will then get copied into the corresponding profile extensions' avatar directories.
I don't recognize the c012b51d3df839317ebec45231592a0.tmp files as those are not ones created by JFBConnect / SCLogin.
