Does JFBConnect 7.0.3 work under Joomla 3.6.5?

I see from your past sub status that your subscription expired in Jan 2017 - you should have had access to the 7.1.2 release, so I'd suggest upgrading at least to 7.1.2 to get that fatal error fixed.
