Peyman,
The Autotune configuration tool requires an active subscription to run. Without an active subscription, you'll need to configure your Facebook application in the Facebook developers area. We don't have instructions on how to do that because they change the developer area very often, which makes it hard to document.
Once your application is setup, authentication, social widgets and almost all other features of JFBConnect will work like normal. However, the Open Graph settings area requires specific information from your Facebook application that can only be loaded using Autotune. The Open Graph tags can still be set, but you won't be able to create custom Objects or Actions. Facebook discontinued custom Objects and Actions though, so you aren't loosing any functionality there.
I hope that helps explain, but if you need anything else, please let us know.
