The original issue you posted was due to a mis-configuration on your end that was blocking our files from running, which is not something we can fix on our own. Once we helped you fix that, you brought up a new issue which you haven't ever mentioned before.
I understand your frustration, but you are the only user having this problem. Being forceful to try and get a response is not helpful in the slightest bit.
Now, for your current problem of not loading in Chrome on Mobile, I just tested again with a Samsung Galaxy S4 using the latest Chrome. Attached is a picture of what I see when I click the login button, which is what I expect to see.
If you're not seeing this, please try with some other mobile phones, try in a 'incognito window' or some other variations to see if this always happens to you. Also, try disabling the modal popup mode of the SCLogin module to test if everything works as expected without that feature of our module. Whatever you try, let us know all the details and we'll work to help. Without more information though, I don't think there's anything more we can do to help.
Finally, I don't think any of the issues you're having are related to jReviews either. If you could explain why you keep mentioning jReviews, that may help us narrow things down further.
Thanks,
Alex
