After reading many posts here, it is not clear if the JFBC issues have been fixed. My site is just about to go live, so it has been acceptable to have buggy login because the overall concept of integrating social media login functions with my site were important. Just want to know if it is fixed, it's been roughly 2 years.

We're not aware of any recent issues with logging in with JReviews via JFBConnect. If you're having problems logging in, can point us at a recent post or give any more details on what you mean by the JFBConnect issues with login, we'll be happy to provide more clarification.

Same issues as before. The login button doesn't work. There was another person who posted a few months ago, I figured maybe their ticket would be looked into, and result in a fix. Seriously, c'mon, I've paid for this for more than 2 years, and have been loyal with the hope that the issues would be flushed out, because it's a great concept. If I give you my login credentials can you guys please finally get it fixed? Look back at some of the 67 posts...the issue has never cleared.

Every other login utility works well, except for JFBC.

I just tried to log in on your site and found the issue. Our SCLogin module has some special functionality when 2-factor authentication is enabled. Instead of forcing the user to another page for the 2-factor code, we can present the code field on the same page without a refresh. To do that though, a specific PHP file needs to be accessible from our Javascript to check if the user has 2-factor authentication enabled on their account.

That script is located at:
/modules/mod_sclogin/ajax/otpcheck.php

On your site, that page is coming up with an error. My guess is that you have some sort of firewall blocking unknown PHP scripts. You'll need to loosen access so that file can be executed.

I hope that helps, but if not, let us know and we'll gladly help investigate further.

Thanks,
Alex

I had CORS turned off, and turned it back on. That solved the issue with the logins that take place via desktop.

The issue is now on mobile devices. I have GZIP and cache disabled, still no luck. Could you please check to see what you notice on the mobile device authentication.

I also forgot to mention...the button works while the page is loading. Once the page has stopped, the button no longer works.

I just tested on Chrome with an Android device and the login popup works fine.

If you're still having issues, please give a lot more details about exactly how you're testing (device, browser), where you click, what you expect and what is or isn't happening. We'll need more details to investigate and the information you've given above is very vague which makes it difficult to figure out what's wrong.

Thanks,
Alex

Can you just make a login button that works? Why does easy social button work, and yours doesn't. Can you please finally after 2 years either fix the problem or tell the devs at jreviews that your software isn't compatible. I have paid for this fir a long time and it still doesn't work.
