Hello,

I am having two major issue. The facebook share is not working.

1. When a user or myself click the share button in on most of the articles, it does not link to back to my site and does not show article image and description.

2. When I do autotune, it says that my plugin is not enabled, even though it is. Here is the message:

Test: JFBCSystem plugin is enabled
Fail: Not Detected! Please enable in the Site Config area of Autotune or in the Joomla plugin manager.

If the JFBCSystem plugin is enabled, but you still get this error, please check:
Your site is not in Offline Mode. If so, turn your site Online and re-run the Error Checker.
If you have a 'mobile template', disable it and re-test
Some templates have their own Facebook integration, and actively try to remove other Facebook extensions files. Try a different template.

No further tests can be run until fixed.

Are you still having this issue? If I go to a random article like www.poshkidsmag.com/entertainment/333-maxwell-james the share preview and text look correct to me. These values are determined from Open Graph tags that are put onto the page by JFBConnect. It will then take Facebook time to re-scrape your pages to see these tags or changes on your page, hence why you might not see the image/text correct initially. If you have a page that still has issues with the share preview, please run the page through the Facebook Sharing Debugger to force it to be re-scraped. We also have the Common Support Questions section for the "My Share Preview is Incorrect" topic for more troubleshooting tips on this issue.

2. When I do autotune, it says that my plugin is not enabled, even though it is. Here is the message

Looking at the source on your page, it appears that you're using JCHOptimize on your site. JFBConnect cannot detect our javascript on the page because of that. Please temporarily disable this plugin and re-run the Error Check to see if you have any valid errors. If there are none, then you can re-enable the plugin and ignore that message.

Let me know if you continue to have problems after trying the above suggestions.

I just saw the initial link you gave me to "www.poshkidsmag.com/gallery/337-girls-night". I re-scraped the page on the FB debugger and the preview image and description have been updated.

I just want to note that while there is an image on the preview, there is not actually an og:image tag on the page. Facebook is using its best guess at this point to determine the image. If you run into problems with the image not being the one expected, you'll need to get the correct og:image tag on the page by using our SCOpenGraph easy-tag in the content with code such as
{SCOpenGraph image=FULL/PATH/TO/URL/HERE}
