Are you still having the problem? If so, please provide more details such as a specific URL, what browser you're using, etc in order to reproduce the issue. I visited your page in Chome and the widget seems ok to me (see the following screenshot).

The problem does not occur every time. Sometimes I am several days without meeting this problem...
I use Chrome and I have another user who tells me to have the same problem.

I see that the "Adapt Width" setting is enabled. Please try removing the Width parameter that you have set to 450. It's possible that these two settings may conflict. Could you try this and let us know if you encounter the issue again?
