Likes and Comments are associated with a URL. When you update that URL, even from http to https, the Like's remain with the 'old' URL. You can't re-associate those Like's with the new URL. However, in the JFBConnect -> Configuration area, we have a 'Force Scheme' option which can be used to force all Like buttons to use http or https. If you set that to http, then all your Like buttons will go back to using http. The problem with that is:
* When shared to Facebook, the links will be http. Please make sure you have https setup
* All future content will still use http links, so even though that content will never have lived on http, it will show up that way

I hope that helps explain,
Alex

Hello, Thanks for your reply.
I made the changes in Force Scheme to http, but I am still not seeing the old likes. The likes still zero. Should I make any other configuration?

Many thanks for your support

You shouldn't need to. Can you please give me the URL of a page that used to have Like's that no longer does? We'll gladly test and see what we can find. The main thing we'll do, that you can try as well, is put that URL in the Like button configuration tool below:
developers.facebook.com/docs/plugins/like-button

We'll try different variations (http, https, www, non-www, etc) to see what URLs have Like's to determine what the old URL likely was.

Thanks,
Alex

Looking at the source, the URL is still an https address, even though your screenshot shows force to http. The content plugin should not be behaving like this - we haven't seen the problem of it not respecting that force scheme setting. Are you adding the like buttons to the page via the content plugin or via another method?

Could you private message us super admin credentials so we can tinker with the scheme settings/our plugins in the backend (just use the envelope icon under mine or Alex's avatar to send the credentials)

Also, the link you sent for your home page does not have a Like button on it. Could you pick one specific article that the count is incorrect for and give us the URL. This would be helpful so we don't have to randomly test lots of pages on your site until we find one with the problem.
