For your Joomla action, please try changing it to "news.reads" (which you should see set in your FB object in the Advanced section) and unchecking the items in the capabilities (unless you've also changed the capabilities for the action). Both of these need to match.
Your Joomla object also specifies uncategorized as the category, so please make sure on the page you're looking at has the "og:type" set to "article". If you can provide a specific URL you're testing this on, I can look at the Open Graph tags to make sure they look correct also.
